It all started when I was a kid growing up in Lubbock, TX back in the late 70's early 80's at the local flea market.  My favorite part of a summer Saturday afternoon was going to the flea market and getting a Blue Coconut (Dad's favorite flavor) or a Grape (Mom's favorite flavor) shaved ice.    Many years passed until finally in the summer of 2000 we bought our first shaved ice trailer and sat up near 183 and 620.   It was a tough go and we didn't re-open for another 5 years.   Now in 2012 we are embarking on our 4th consecutive season and look forward to many more.    Make sure to come and see us often, the season is short.
